Zenno head to resign for scandal over falsely labeled chicken

TOKYO, Japan - Yutaka Oike, chairman of the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations (Zenno), says March 6 in Tokyo he will resign to take responsibility for a chicken-labeling scandal involving a Zenno affiliate.
